Entry into The DEAs is open to any company, team or individual who has been involved in the production and delivery of digital events between 1st February 2021 and 31st January 2022.
Joint entries where production teams and clients have developed and delivered the event collectively are accepted.
Entries from outside the UK are welcome..
There is an entry fee range of £135 - £225 + VAT for each project entered into each category based on the number of entries your company makes.
Once you have uploaded your entry online you can opt to pay by credit card or by invoice.
Invoices and receipted invoices will be automatically sent to the email address of the user that is logged in to the website at the point of submission.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that payment of entry invoices is received.
Please note, if payment has not been received by 4th February 2021 entries will not be included in the judging process.
Submissions will close on 4th February 2022
You can pay by either. At the completion point you will be asked whether you want to pay by card or receive an invoice
To pay by card simply follow the online instructions.
If you request an invoice, it will be emailed to the person who has submitted the entry. All invoices must be paid within 30 days or by 4th February 2022, whichever is earlier. Information on how to pay will be on the invoice and email.
To qualify, the event must have taken place online between 1st February 2021 – 31st January 2022.
Yes, please press the “Save for Later” button which will then move your incomplete entry into your “Saved Items”.
When you are ready to submit you can log back in, go to your saved items tab to make any necessary changes before selecting the “Move to Basket” button which will allow you to complete your transaction.
Yes, just make sure it is tailored to each category
Yes, as long as it is before the final entry deadline of 4th February 2022.
If you log back in your entry will be held under the Awards > Nominations section.
You will then be able to select the “edit” button and make necessary changes.
Please be sure to press save.
No changes can be made once the final deadline has been passed
The shortlist will be announced via all Mash Media brand channels in print and online. The announcement will be made circa 17th February.

The digital event will take place on at the end of March 2022. All winners will be announced during this event. Information on how to register will be released in February.
